John Grimston started GRIMSTON GARAGES IN THE 1950's. He started with the wood framed and asbestos garages and
moved into the 1960's into Concrete sectional garages. Unfortunately John Grimston died in an accident in 1969.
Although the Grimston family no longer own Grimston garages the present owners J.O'Brien & Sons continue with John
Grimston's original values of value & commitment to quality.
The O'Brien family, Jude(who has had many years experience at the Queensbury factory) and his two sons Shaun & Justin
now run Grimston garages and manufacture garages to order using the finest components.
In the key days of Grimston 40 garages a week were being produced. We are a family run business who believe our
Commitment to customers is unequalled. On a much smaller scale now we offer a comprehensive service direct to the customers.
We no longer use agents, middle men, we deal direct and offer a complete package, removal of old garages, concrete
base laying service and full installation.
